We drive research that helps us better understand and address the racial and socioeconomic inequities and barriers that many communities face. Our research supports our advocacy efforts and informs our programs.

Our programs seek to mobilize, organize, and build grassroots power that drive local, and inspire global transformation. Our programs work to increase community mobility, drive equitable job creation, reduce violence, and more.

Our Community Mobility Rituals socialize and connect people around mobility—while working to increase mobility in underserved and racially marginalized communities.

Our social enterprises provide economic development and job creation opportunities in Black and Brown neighborhoods. They also serve as a source of financial support for Equiticity (check out our shop)!
